I'm a little confused how exactly one would show their CiC credentials in a debate OTHER than by putting forth a more coherent and articulate plan that is more likely to succeed, which he clearly did.
Unless the last 7 years have convinced you that calling everyone we dislike(who doesn't give us something we want) evil and threatening to invade them really is working out for us.
